Hi! My name is Becky Moorman
I am a Registered Nurse and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P)
I specialize in guiding women through their health challenges, focusing on hormones, gut health, energy balance, and overall wellness.
My passion for understanding the human body is what drew me to nursing. After working on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic, I experienced burnout, weight gain, and a wide range of symptoms—fatigue, gut problems, PMS, brain fog, and anxiety. My stress-coping habits weren’t helping, and that’s when I hit a wall. The compassion fatigue was real . . . how could I care for others without prioritizing my own health? Determined to find answers, I became my own health detective. Through that journey of ups and downs, I rediscovered my passion for helping others. However, I quickly became disillusioned with the medical model that focuses on quick/bandaid fixes instead of true & total mind-body healing. I wanted more for my patients and for myself so I went back to school to become an FDN-P.
Now, my mission is to empower women to be their own health advocates! I was able to significantly reduce my PMS symptoms and painful periods that would make me miss work days unless I was on heavy pain meds. I no longer need meds, I feel more energy than ever before, my digestion, trapped gas, and bloating are all but nonexistant, and I am on an uphill swing recovering from mold toxicity. After overcoming my own challenges, I’ve learned how vital mindset and the nervous system are to true healing. I’m here to help others achieve transformation and lasting wellness!
Focus, Clarity, Empowerment

Focus-who I work with

Focus: I love working with women who, like I once did, struggle with PMS symptoms, skin issues, weight gain, irritability, anxiety, brain fog, food sensitivities, and other gut-related concerns.

Clarity- how I work

Clarity: Functional Diagnostic Nutrition is an ‘opt-in model of self-care,’ meaning I am not a licensed health professional. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. My role is to teach, coach, and guide you, helping you understand your body on a deeper level so you can confidently take charge of your own health.

Empowerment- my goal is for you to not need me anymore!

Empowered: Imagine being so in tune with your body that you no longer need to rely on doctors, supplements, workouts, or lab tests constantly! My job is to enlighten and empower you. By working with me for just 3-6 months, you can achieve a level of health freedom you never thought possible. I know it’s possible because I’ve done it myself, and I and many other FDN practitioners have successfully guided many clients through the same transformative journey with great success.

“Can’t I just stop eating junk food and run more?”

Love from patients and clients:
Tell us your story about the extraordinary care this nurse provided to you: "Becky was my nurse during our stay on the mother/baby unit. She was exceptionally friendly and so very helpful with making sure I got all of the information on baby care, breast pumping, post partum care, etc. I really appreciated our conversations as they made me realize I should be saving every drop of colostrum and it made me feel a lot more postive about my initially small amount of colostrum I was getting from my pumping sessions. She is compassionate, dedicated to educating her patients, and if she doesn't know something she is honest and promises to be a nurse 'detective' for you so you can advocate for yourself. Becky is a wonderful nurse"
Cindy

"Becky was my nurse when I was sick with pancreatitis in the hospital. Pancreatitis is so misunderstood and a lot of times we are called "pain med seekers" by staff even when they don't think we hear them. Becky shattered all my expectations. She treated me with the same kindness and respect that she treats all her patients. She listened to my breakdowns compassionately, she held my hands and prayed with me as I suffered my worst attack in years. She even offered dietary and lifestyle advice which I feel like often is on the backburner when doctors discuss my care with me. She made me feel a bit more in control of my own health choices and she advocated for me when my pain was too much to bear. There should be more nurses in the world like Becky. I can see it runs in her family as she told me both her mother and grandmother were nurses."
Ashley

"Becky was my angel nurse during her travels to Anchorage Alaska. Because it was very important for me to get my parkinson's medication at specific times, she was always making sure she was never late on these. She also ensured I was always in a clean and safe environment, and responded to my call light as quickly as she could (or she would make sure a CNA was there to assist me to the bathroom so my darn bed alarm wouldn't go off). I never had to worry when Becky was my nurse, she made my hospital stay so much better with her kind, bubbly attitude and compassion even though my visit longer than I would've liked."
